The Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Ham from Belloterra is one of the best Iberian hams from Valle de Los Pedroches. Produced under strict quality standards, it comes from 100% Iberian pigs, raised freely and fed mainly with acorns.
Even though it is not labeled under the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Los Pedroches, it is made with the same rigor, resulting in a ham of exceptional quality. With an artisanal curing process ranging from 36 to 48 months, it offers a unique flavor and is considered one of the finest pata negra in Spain.
