When will I receibe my shopping?
In iberSPAIN we work with low cost shipping rates, practically throughout the European Union, but through the main transport companies, which despite their low cost allow us to transport your ham or shoulder to the Iberian Peninsula in 24 hours and between 48 and 72 hours in many destinations of the European Union.
All shipments of orders that have doubts that they can be delivered before the last hour of Friday, may be delayed until Monday, to ensure the minimum possible time of the products in transit, in order to ensure the maximum Quality of the same (see our Quality Assurance).
You can check the deadlines established for each country, in our section of shipments, but remember that when calculating transit times, carriers do not take into account the weekends or local holidays of the destinations for which Your order, which could affect the delivery deadlines. The shipping time and the order preparation time (depending on the manufacturer and the product) must be added to the delivery times to find out how long your order will take to arrive.
In iberSPAIN we value the high quality of our products above all, that is why we do not have stock, as it is the only possible way to guarantee the maximum quality of a ham or pallet, so we make all shipments from the premises of the Manufacturer, who will prepare your order. Hence, depending on the products you purchase (depends on the manufacturer), the preparation of the order could vary between 1 and 6 days. You will be able to see the preparation times of the order in all the tabs of our products, since these vary according to the manufacturer and the product.
However, we have arranged with most of our suppliers that you order is ready to be shipped within 24-48h. In spite of this, this period of preparation of the order could be affected in the dates before the Christmas season (in the month of December especially), since the volume of sales grows considerably, and this can cause that some of our suppliers Is collapsed at some point in time when processing orders.
Do I have to pay any taxes to receive my shopping outside Spain?
All our shipments comply with the legality and include the taxes necessary for the crossing of borders, so you only have to pay your shopping at the time of making the same.
In any case, if in iberSPAIN we are not able to send your shopping, we will immediately return the full amount of it.
Can I send my shopping as a gift?
In ibserSPAIN we can send your shopping to the person you indicate, so you will have no problem if you want to give someone with a ham or a pallet of the highest quality, as well as one of our lots of products.

How to will my shopping arrive?
All shopping that you make in iberSPAIN are delivered by hand, at the shipping address that you indicate at the time of placing the order, so no mailings will be accepted.
To make the delivery, a carrier will appear in the shipping address you have provided and in case you can not contact it, you will call the number you have given us to contact you.
What happens if I´m not at hom to receive my shopping?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the person who is at the address can pick up the package, for which you must sign the delivery note as if everything is in order. If there is no one at the address, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact the transportation company and agree with them to pick up your package.
Normally (depending on the destination) either the carrier, or another worker from the transport company, will contact you to arrange a second delivery, so that you can receive the package.

Do I have to pay for transport or other taxes when I receive my shopping?
