This Gran Reserva ham is produced under the conditions of the European Union's ETG (Guaranteed Traditional Speciality) quality seal in La Alpujarra de Granada, an area also known for its Jamones de Trevélez.
The Serrano Gran Reserva Ham:
This Serrano Gran Reserva Ham is made with the hind legs of the pig, and includes the hoof. To send the ham, it is wrapped in greaseproof paper and covered with a cotton bag. The transport is carried out in a curly cardboard box that protects it from blows.
The box that is used to send the ham, can also be used to package and send other products from the same manufacturer.
