200ml bottle of EVOO infused with Black Truffle. Made with one of the best EVOOs in the world, a single variety Picual in which the Black Truffle flakes, also known as Summer Truffle, harvested in the Spanish Mediterranean area, are left to macerate.

Early Premium EVOO with Black Garlic 

200ml bottle of EVOO infused with Black Garlic. It is produced only from what is considered one of the best EVOO in the world, of the Picual variety, in which the Black Garlic is left to macerate.

Black garlic is nothing more than common garlic to which a natural maturation technique of Japanese origin is applied, thus turning the common garlic into a kind of black caramelised garlic, hence its name. It is a highly prized product in haute cuisine.

200ml bottle of EVOO infused with cocoa pods, with cocoa. Made with high quality Picual EVOO, macerated with cocoa pods, which is the dried fruit of the cocoa tree, the fruit of chocolate, a product originating from Central and South America with important antioxidant properties, which make it an essential ingredient in haute cuisine.
