Premium Early EVOO

Early single variety picual EVOO.

It is produced from olives originating in Spain, harvested at the beginning of October, when the fruit is not yet fully ripe, thus obtaining an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of extraordinary quality.

It is obtained by cold pressing, thus guaranteeing the maximum quality of the EVOO.

Because the olive can only be harvested when it is at a very specific point of maturity, the harvesting period is very short, which is why it is an exclusive EVOO, with a very limited production.

This is the only way to obtain this authentic liquid gold, with a light spiciness and a very balanced bitterness, with an intense fruity aroma, which will delight the most sybarite palates.
