Iberian Sirloin Salchichón with Truffles:
Made from extra lean carcasses, such as the sirloin, one of the most exclusive pieces of the Iberian pig, to which summer truffle and spices are added to obtain an authentic delicacy, free of preservatives and colourings, it is made in a natural way, as it could not be otherwise.
Its extraordinary flavour has led to it being awarded at the Great Taste Awards, the most prestigious gourmet food competition in the world, with no less than 2 gold stars, the highest award being 3 gold stars.
Iberian Loin Chorizo::
Also produced from lean meats, to obtain this chorizo we use one of the three noble parts of the Iberian pig, the Iberian loin, to which only natural ingredients are added, without preservatives or colourings, which has resulted in a 100% natural chorizo, created with the best raw materials.
