It is an iberico de bellota ham, Selection Bellotares, stripped of the bone and other product wastes, such as the crust, the yellowish fat that covers it and the remnants of excess fat that could present the piece, that is to say, are centers of ham boneless and polished, of which 100% is used.
To calculate what the whole ham weighs, you only have to multiply the weight of the boneless and polished ham by two, the result of the operation will be a rough approximation, the whole ham weight (before boning and polishing).
Este This product is always packed in vacuum, either in one piece, or cut into smaller portions (8 portions approx.) All vacuum-packed individually. The usual thing is that the packaging is done in one piece, unless you tell us previously that you want a packaging in smaller portions to facilitate its conservation and its durability over time.
